Legal Services of Northern California – Placer County “Clean Slate Clinic”: Wednesday, November 5, Rocklin (serves Placer, El Dorado, Sierra, Amador, Calaveras)

Pre-registration is required to attend.  No walk-ins will be seen.

Please Note:  A copy of your Record of Arrests and Prosecutions (RAP sheet) is required prior to registration.  See Additional Resources on this page to find out how to obtain one.

Preparing for the Clean Slate Clinic:

• Participant must be Live Scanned
  • Complete Live Scan request form (PDF) (Waiver Fee application is optional)
  • Find a Live Scan location
  • Get fingerprinted at Live Scan location
• Obtain RAP Sheet. The agency that does the Live Scan will send the request to the Department of Justice (DOJ) but the participant must ask them to.
  • You must have your RAP Sheet with you to be seen one on one by our attorney. Those who do not yet have their RAP Sheet may still register to attend the Informational Session of this clinic.
